Ariel, 45, is an international business leader who has succeeded in building companies in three continents.

In his early 20’s, Ariel had already co-founded several companies employing hundreds of people in the fields of wholesale and retail of furniture, clothing, home appliances and industrial machinery; food and clothing manufacturing, restaurant industry and advertising.

Ariel later co-founded and led a high-tech organization that evolved into WSI, the world's largest network of Internet consultants.

Prior to Imvite Ariel co-founded TouchLogic, a high-tech computer telephony company, developing scaleable, low cost, Internet ready IVR products and services for large North American corporations.

Ariel has a Bachelors degree in engineering from University of Lima.

Moshe Teren, CTO

Moshe, 41, brings 20 years experience of building enterprise level technology for international corporations and entrepreneurial start-ups. His efforts for the past 10 years have focused on the internet and large scale product technology implementations.

Moshe's corporate experience includes product development and management positions with Intel Corporation, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and Sara Lee.

His entrepreneurial experience includes heading R&D and Product Development for Wall-Street Based Inlumen (acquired in 2002 by Pinacor/CBS Marketwatch). As Vice President of Product Strategy, he managed product teams simultaneously in New York, London, Jerusalem, and Singapore.

Moshe holds a Bachelors degree from University of Illinois-Chicago, and an MSM/MBA degree from Boston University.

Harry Zettel C.A., CFO

Harry, 45, is a Chartered Accountant. He specialized for over fourteen years in strategic re-structuring of the finances and treasury of his clients. Harry has both national and international experience with Ernst Young and Price Waterhouse, which led to a partnership with Perry Krieger and Associates, a prestigious firm in Toronto, Canada.

Harry brings hands-on operational experience gained through his work with a vast number of corporate reorganizations.

Harry received his Bachelors Degree and MBA from York University, Toronto, Canada.
